JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is seeking a Manager of Financial Transformation to join their team. This role is a newly created role that will report to the Senior Director of Transformation. The role will manage the three Senior Analysts of Transformation. Below is a summary of the overall job responsibilities:

• Manage teams and projects, lead business interactions and assist with transformation proposals within the organization
• Identify transformation opportunities and business needs: maintain and utilize relationships as well as communication of value proposition
• Prepare and / or coordinate complex written presentation materials
• Develop solutions based on understanding of strategy, operations and management within the finance functional area with partnership from other functional areas
• Utilize previous experience to help set and achieve long term goals
• Perform accurate analysis and design effective solutions to a variety or organizational issues.
• Create strategies and blueprints that use machine learning to improve operations and refine processes)
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelors and/or Master degree in  Accounting or Finance
• CPA and/or MBA highly preferred
• 7+ years of related professional work experience
• Strong project management skills
• Significant financial system and financial process improvement experience
