Senior Payroll Analyst
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to support the corporate payroll team. This service-minded individual will provide support to various business units and will participate in related projects and payroll tasks. The role reports directly to the Senior Payroll Manager at the corporate office. This is a newly created position and will be an essential role within the organization.
The Senior Payroll Analyst will process corporate payroll in a timely and accurate manner and will verify that all tax withholdings and payroll tax returns are accurate and filed in a timely fashion. This individual will serve as a liaison between ADP and Workday data bridge processes; they will be the subject matter expert and lead on all ADP payroll configurations. Additionally, the Senior Payroll Analyst is responsible for directing and supporting company payroll activities and handling special projects and process automation/improvement at the direction of the Senior Payroll Manager.
Candidates have a BS/BA in Accounting/Finance or related field, excellent communication skills, and 4-8 years of progressive payroll experience using ADP (multiple locations) is a must and Workday is a plus. High attention to detail and accuracy is critical and a passion for teaching and helping others is a must.
